Dear Concord Family,
The 2023-2024 school year has officially come to a close. From all of us here at Concord, we wish you and your family a delightful summer filled with fun, relaxation, and cherished moments. Many of our students were reluctant to leave today, a testament to the extraordinary year we've enjoyed. Our dedicated staff and supportive families once again collaborated to ensure a positive and enriching learning experience for all our students.

End of Year Medication
Please be aware that all over-the-counter or prescription medications that have been brought to the nurse's office during the school year must be picked up before the end of the day on Friday, June 14. Medications not picked up by Friday afternoon will be discarded. Also please remember that the school medication policy requires that parents supply a new doctor's order and parental medication consent form at the beginning of each school year in order for medications to be dispensed from the nurse's office. Contact the nurse's office with any questions or concerns.

Kindergarten Registration 2024-2025
Garnet Valley Kindergarten registration for the 2024-2025 school year will open on January 8th. There will be a Kindergarten informational night on April 18th at 6:00 PM. Parents with children attending Bethel Springs Elementary will attend the information night at Bethel. Parents with children attending Concord Elementary will attend the information night at Concord. In order to attend the informational session, your child must be registered by April 4th, 2024. Thank you and we look forward to meeting our new Kindergarteners!

HSA Weekly Updates for Week
YEARBOOK - ONE MORE CHANCE to buy a 2023-2024 Yearbook!
If you ordered a yearbook for your student(s), they will be distributed to the classrooms on Tuesday, June 11. Each teacher will decide when to distribute these to the students. In the event a yearbook signing activity is planned the books may not come home on Tuesday.
If you would like to purchase a yearbook, we will be placing a second order which will be delivered to the school a few weeks into summer. You will be notified when the books are available to pick up, so please provide an email address with your payment or send an email to concordhsa@gmail.com.
The cost is $20 per book which must be pre-paid via Venmo to @CES-HSA, cash or a check made payable to Concord HSA and dropped off at the school NO LATER THAN Wednesday, June 12. Please include the student's name, current grade and teacher with the payment. Don't wait, *June 12* is your last chance!!

VOLUNTEER CLEARANCES
Check that your clearances are up-to-date and submitted to the district so you do not miss the opportunity to volunteer with your child’s class. All volunteers MUST have clearances in order to volunteer for Home and School activities and events in the buildings. Lunch Program
My School Bucks is a secure online platform that allows parents to easily manage and monitor their child's school-related expenses. With My School Bucks, you can make online payments for school meals, view your child's account balance, and set up automatic payments for recurring expenses. School Time
Students can be dropped off at 8:40 AM, yet will remain in the cafeteria until 8:55 AM when they are permitted to go to their classrooms. Drop-off doors will be open from 8:40 - 9:05 AM.

Drop off time 8:40-9:05.
Pickup time 3:30-3:45.
Bus Information
The Garnet Valley School District uses Infofinder for student transportation schedules. Beginning August 21st please access Infofinder by clicking the link below
InfoFinder provides online access to assist in finding your child’s bus number, pick-up/drop-off locations, and times.
InfoFinder allows you to:
- Find your child’s designated bus stop;
- Find the estimated pick-up/drop-off times for your child’s bus stop;
- Locate which school your child would attend if you are planning to move.
