Maverick Monthly
Parent Newsletter -February 2025- Iduma Elementary School
Dear Iduma Families,
- Happy February! This week we celebrate 100 days of learning. What an accomplishment! We are 100 Days Brighter! Please help us celebrate by wearing "bright" clothing on Wednesday, February 5. You may also wear a shirt with 100 items.
- Our school focus this month is KINDNESS. We are exploring ways to practice kindness at school and in our community. Please click on the parent newsletter below.
- Please remember we always need I.D.s to release students to parents or guardians at dismissal when walking up or signing out from the office.
- Thank you for sending your student to school in tennis shoes every day. That is our campus expectation. It is also our policy that student cell phones should be powered off and kept in backpacks throughout the day.
- Progress reports will go home on Wednesday, February 5. Please reach out to your child's teacher should you have any questions. We appreciate your partnership!
- Black History Dress Up Days will happen each Thursday. Please see schedule below.
- Our United Way Campaign begins on Wednesday. Our campus goal is $1000.00
- Please help us get a jump on next year! Current Student Registration begins Monday, February 3. Our goal is 100% participation.
Sincerely,
Katy Bohannon
Proud Principal
