Hello, CMS Parents/Guardians! This newsletter is an update of what is going on at CMS this week.

We only have three weeks before we go home for winter break AND our first semester ends!

• Merit day letters will be sent home at the end of next week.

Monday (2nd)

• Senior girls @ Lavaca Tournament
• Senior boys @ West Fork Tournament

Tuesday (3rd)

• 7th grade girls/boys & JH girls/boys @ Hackett 4:00

Wednesday (4th)

• Monthly Assembly hosted by our science team!
• Senior girls @ Lavaca Tournament (potentially)
• Senior boys @ West Fork Tournament

Thursday (5th)

• Biscuits with Buddies (CHS Cafeteria) 7:30
• FCCLA Star Event @ Southside High School (Fort Smith)
• Band concert 5:30 CHS Gym
• Choir concert 6:00 CMS Gym
• Senior girls @ Lavaca Tournament (potentially)
• Senior boys @ West Fork Tournament

Friday (6th)

• 7th/8th Career Exploration: Students will have the opportunity to hear presentations from local professionals in the afternoon. They will learn about different career opportunities available to them beyond high school.
  

Saturday (7th)

• Cedarville Christmas parade 1:00
• Senior girls @ Lavaca Tournament (potentially)
• Senior High Cheer @ Van Buren competition

12/11: Choir students will visit local nursing homes

12/13: CMS Spelling Bee (CMS Gym) 9:00

12/14: Choir students will be in the VB parade

12/16-20: Dress-up days

12/17: Non-nutritional day

12/18-20: Merit Days (Letters will be sent home)

12/20: End of first semester
