403b Retirement Savings Account Information

What is a 403b?

A 403b plan is an employee funded retirement savings account designed to help supplement your IPERS and Social Security income during retirement.

How do I get started?

Contact one of the authorized providers below to set up a 403b account. You can elect to start a pre-tax (traditional) account, a post-tax (Roth) account or both. Your assigned financial advisor can help determine which account type is right for you.

How do I make payroll contributions?

Complete the Salary Reduction Form below and upload into Records > Available Forms > 403b. This contribution will start on the next payroll cycle.

Can I start and stop my 403b contributions at any point?

Yes, you will just need to complete a new Salary Reduction Form each time you wish to adjust your contribution amount.
