Dear Families:
Happy Friday! We had a great week here at LaLiberte! We have been able to get outside a bit more, too which always helps! This past week our students enjoyed visitors coming into their classroom to share a special book for Read Across America week and our teachers disguised themselves reading a snippet of a book for a Masked Reader contest! Our students really enjoyed figuring out which teacher was behind each disguise!
Our grade 2 students enjoyed a visit from the Earth View Globe thanks to our LPO! And we are looking forward to a visit from author, Brian Lies next week! You can click on his picture to learn more about this author and the books he has written!

AUTHOR VISIT: BRIAN LIES
We are thrilled to welcome award-winning author and illustrator Brian Lies to our school on March 13th and 14th! Best known for Bats at the Beach and many other beloved books, Brian will share insights into his creative process and inspire young readers.
