Attention 6th graders!
Performance Course has an upcoming opportunity for the Developmental Course that will be taking place at Magnolia High School this Summer! This program was developed by Performance Course to offer 6th, 7th, 8th, and 9th grade athletes the opportunity to develop both physically and mentally.
PC takes a goal-oriented approach to develop speed, agility, mobility, functional strength, and power. Performance nutrition, character development, mental preparation, and goal-setting techniques are also included in the curriculum to develop the whole athlete!
The classes take place 4 days a week for 7 weeks, and will begin June 2nd.
We want to ensure all athletes have the opportunity to participate. To receive more information from Performance Course, please fill out this link: info.performancecourse.com
