Students who feel sick during the school day should obtain a pass from their teacher and visit the nurse. If the nurse determines that your child is unwell enough to leave school, she will call a parent. The nurse will not have your student use their cellphone to text/call a parent and any request that comes directly from your child to leave sick, has not been authorized by the school nurse.

Please be aware that the cell phone policy applies, even when a student is not feeling that great at the moment, and using a personal device to contact a parent to go home will count as a cell phone policy violation. Thank you for your cooperation.

Congratulations to Unami Middle School's 8th grade field hockey team on earning the Central Bucks School District's 2024 Championship. Capturing the championship for the second year in a row, Unami's 8th grade field hockey team compiled an undefeated record of 11-0 recording eight shutouts and outscoring their opponents 59-5 this season. Coached by Barbara Poli, over the last five seasons, the 8th grade field hockey team has compiled an overall record of 38-9-4 (78.43 winning percentage).

Congratulations to Unami Middle School's 7th grade field hockey team on earning a first place tie for the 2024 season in the Central Bucks School District. Unami's 7th grade field hockey team compiled a record of 4-3-1 tying them with Lenape M.S. for another first-place finish! All told the team outscored their opponents 19-7 with one shutout. Coached by Unami social studies teacher, Scott Fischer, over the last five seasons, the 7th grade field hockey team has compiled an overall record of 25-7-7 (73.08 winning percentage).

Our School Wide Positive Behavior Interventions and Support (SWPBIS) team has been on the look out for students representing our KOR values of Kindness, Ownership, and Respect. Every week we will have a drawing for students who have earned KOR Kash.

27-29 School Closed - Thanksgiving

All parents/guardians of students with a reported absence will still receive a daily message around 11 a.m. notifying them that their child has been marked out of school. If you have already notified attendance via the Portal, you do not need to do anything else unless you feel the mark is in error. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Students are only allowed 5 days for family travel. The absence must be requested through the attendance portion of Parent Portal no less than 10 days before your travel date. Students are responsible for making up any missed work.

Attention 9th Grade Students and Parents

Please mark your calendars for the MBIT Open House, to be held at MBIT on Thursday, November 21st at 6 pm. This is your opportunity to explore the facility, meet instructors, speak with current students, and learn about the Programs and career opportunities available for students entering 10th grade in SY 25-26!

• MBIT Student Application – goes live on Friday, November 1st. A link to the application will be provided as soon as it becomes available.
• MBIT Assembly – Wednesday, November 13th for all 9th grade students during I&E
• MBIT Field Trip – Tuesday, December 10th from 7:30 am – 10:30 am
• Student Services will provide Permission forms to interested students starting November 13th

If your student loses their laptop pen or charger and you need to purchase a replacement, please follow these steps:

1. Log into MyPaymentsPlus and purchase the item

2. Have your student put in a help ticket stating that a charger and/or pen has been purchased for them.

3. Our tech will get the item to them.

4. In the event that your student cannot enter a ticket, they will need to bring either a hard copy or screen shot of your receipt to the main office to receive their item.
