Feedback and More!
This weekend brought warm weather and then a sudden drop, but we hope everyone had some time outside on Saturday! Mark and I met a few friends for brunch on Sunday before heading to the RV show. We went in and out of lots of RV's...learned about a new catergory of RV called a destination RV that is as big as an 18 wheeler! As I always say, you are never too old to learn about something new!
Valentine's Day was filled with fun as our 5th graders delivered over 500 flowers across the campus, and students passed out valentines! Thank you to all families that sent food or new underwear and socks for the LISD Clothes Closet! We will take all items on Friday, February 21st if you would like to drop off any last minute donations! Throughout the week, our No Place for Hate student committee offered fun notes and chalked our sidewalks across the campus too!
Each year, our district utilizes various surveys to help each campus improve! Our staff will spend some time examining our student and family surveys to continue to make Hisle great! Our 3rd-5th grade students will be taking the student survey sometime this week! You can find the family survey link in your to-do up above! Another TO-DO is purchase a yearbook...whatever is ordered by Febraury 20th will be the ONLY yearbooks we order. The campus would have to use campus funds to purchase any leftover books, and we want to be fiscally responsible!
Keep reading for some fun happening in the next few weeks! Remember, Hisle Hounds howl loud and proud!

Arrival and Dismissal
We've had a few people try to drop their children off in a parking lot. Please come through the car rider line! It is not safe to just drop your child off in the parking lot.
