Welcome to Daylight Savings' Time! Don't forget to move your clocks at home forward on hour.
Thank you for a great week! Please make sure to prepare for your benchmarks over the weekend as your tests are next week. This is the last major benchmark for the year! Quarter 3 grades will be submitted by teachers on Thursday, and Quarter 4 begins on Tuesday! Tutoring this week is ONLY on Tuesday and Wednesday since Thursday is the end of the quarter.
Wednesday, Spring Pictures will be taken, but only for those who want them. Flag Football will have its first game on Thursday at DCMS at 7:00. Come out and support our ladies!
Last, both Friday and Monday there will be no school for students, so please enjoy the long weekend!

Winthrop FERIA 25 competition!
Each year, WU holds a competition for Middle and High School students in French and Spanish in Time Writing, Impromptu Speaking, Reading and Spelling! Our SMS students AGAIN scored 1st in French and 2nd in Spanish! Congrats, Sullivan MS Falcons on your outstanding performance!

Meet Cadence, Lily, and Lola—three outstanding student artists at Sullivan Middle School!
🎨 Cadence, Art Club Secretary, loves Art Club because it gives her time to do what she loves.
🎨 Lily, Art Club Treasurer, enjoys art because everyone can express themselves through art, like the patterns in her bracelets. She is also in chorus!
🎨 Lola, Art Club Member, loves Art Club because she has met people who share her passion and can showcase her work.
STAMP, MAP and SCReady
Testing dates are quickly approaching! Please make sure that your child has a good night's sleep, breakfast, and comes prepared on these dates with a positive mindset! Please do not make appointments between 8:00 and 12:30 on these days.

As Falcons, we don't want to just "meet the requirement" as student-athletes. We want to raise the bar! Coming soon will be new guidelines for all student-athletes, no matter the sport. Our Falcons will SOAR, and they will show their Falcon Pride through their academic excellence and sportsmanship.

Falcons will be required to hold at least a C in classes; Bs and As are preferred. Should a student drop below a C in any class, then tutoring will be required instead of practice. Students will not be penalized for attending tutoring. Students are expected to attend school and meet attendance requirements, and they should show exemplary behavior in class.
Academics, attendance and behavior will be checked weekly.
As Falcons, we believe that Academics comes first, and student-athletes are role models for all. Falcons represent Sullivan as proud, outstanding student-athletes who will be ready to meet the next level of expectations in high school and beyond.
