Dear Huskie Community,
Homecoming week was a huge success! Thanks to all the staff who did the planning to make these events special.
Please review the important information below. I’d like to highlight the senior photo deadline this week and the special schedule for all students on October 23 for testing.
Make it a great week and, as always, Go Huskies!
Sincerely,
Jay Wachtel

Senior Portraits: The last chance to have your Senior Portrait taken is Thursday, September 26 during the school day in Room 108. Photographers will be available from 7:45 - 10:00 am and 10:30 am - 3:00 pm. Students can be photographed during study hall or their lunch hour so they can attend all of their classes. They may go at any time listed. No appointment is necessary. As a reminder, Senior Yearbook Photos must be taken by Lifetouch at NNHS to be included in the yearbook.

Drop-Off Reminders
Pick-up/drop-off times at NNHS can be frustrating as we are a landlocked area with restricted entrances and exits, and no control over lights that govern the city streets. Here is a Guide to Dropping-Off Students that contains a detailed map and directions for a smoother transition in and out of the school lanes. As a reminder, you can use the Bus Lot (labeled Option 1 in the linked guide) after 7:15 when the buses have cleared.
Home & School: News
The event is Saturday, April 12, 2025 at NNHS from 6PM to 10:00PM. Students will arrive for check in at 5:30PM. The doors close at 6:30PM. The tickets are $50 each until 12/1/24 and then the price increases to $60. Tickets for Senior Celebration are only available on GoFan at this link: https://gofan.co/event/1525705?schoolId=IL099809.
