Student and Teacher of the Month
Madison Short
Congratulations to our March PFHS Student of the Month – Junior Madison Short. Madison has attended school in the Post Falls School District all of her life. She excels in the classroom while taking a variety of honors and dual credit classes. She is kind & caring toward everyone and is a wonderful role model to other students here at PFHS.
She is a member of our tennis team, Troubadours, Knowledge Bowl, ASB/Student Council, and is the Improv Social Chairperson. Outside of school she is a member of the Cd’A Chorale Community Choir, volunteers at her church, and plays the piano. She also enjoys playing board games with her family and baking.
Great job Maddie!
Jessica Smart
Congratulations to Ms. Jessica Smart for being our March PFHS Teacher of the Month. She has taught school for the past nine years and is a PFHS alumni from the Class of 2010. She currently teaches Algebra I and Honors Algebra II. She loves math so much, she got married on Pi Day (3/14)
Ms. Smart is the Improv Team Advisor and also is an Advisor for our senior class. Her favorite part of teaching is the relationships that she builds with her students. In her free time, she enjoys crafting, reading, hiking, playing board games, and swimming with her dogs, Hodor & Mochi. And, she is a pickleball champion!
Thank you, Ms. Smart, for all that you do for the students of Post Falls HS.
