We are ready to enter Week 5 and are excited about the amazing things happening at Tornillo PK-8.
PK-4th Grade Beginning of the Year Assessment Screeners
Our students in grades PK-4th grade begin the mClass Beginning of the Year screeners for reading and IXL for math. This assessment helps our teachers identify reading and math strengths and areas of help that students may need.
HB4545 Parent Mtgs
Our campus administrators continue meeting with parents and students to discuss 2024 STAAR results and sign intervention plans. All 3rd-8th grade students were sent May 2024 results. Please do not hesitate to reach out to your child's teacher or any one of us in case you have any questions.
Coffee with the Principal
We'd like to invite you to this month's Coffee with the Principal meeting. Both the PK-8 campus and high school will be holding all meetings this year together. Check out the flyer below to find out the details of our meeting.
Campus Attendance
We take a lot of pride in our attendance at Tornillo PK-8. Please help us maintain it at 98%! Our students with 3 weeks Perfect Attendance received a popsicle from the counselors during lunch this past Friday.
