WORDS FROM YOUR PRINCIPAL
Dear Parents and Guardians,
It is hard to believe that we are only a few weeks away from Thanksgiving! We appreciate those who were able to come out for our Burger King Fundraiser! We take the monies earned through these fundraisers and pour them back into our school. We are wrapping up our football season this Thursday and will be starting basketball the same evening! Tennis is going strong and our Math/Science teams are competing in meets. We also want to draw attention to our Junior High One Act Play that will be gearing up for competition on the 18th of November! It is a blessing to get to watch your students adjust to this stage of life where they start learning to balance increasing academic expectations as well as busier extracurricular activity schedules. These are skills that they start to develop in Junior High in order to be more successful in High School and beyond!
As always, we appreciate your partnership with us in helping your child attain success in all the things!

OCTOBER KING AND QUEEN PERFECT ATTENDANCE
Attendance Matters! At the end of this 9 weeks we will have an incentive for all students who have perfect attendance!
Thank you to Burger King for donating vouchers for meals and ice cream. We would also like to say "thank you" to Absolute Realty Marketing and IT Services, Le Bella Blooms, and Amanda Robins - Broker Associate - Keebaugh and Company for donating the Shiver Sticks for our first 9 weeks incentive!
ATTENDANCE
There are only 6 weeks left in this semester! WOW!
The season for sickness is revving up! Please remember to send any Dr notes or Parent notes to excuse absences within 3 days of the absence.
If students are out 3 days or more, a Doctor note is required to excuse the absence.
Parent notes can excuse 1 or 2 days absent, and tardies.
Include date of absence, students first AND last name, a brief reason for the absence, and a parent signature.
Have your student drop notes off in the front office first thing in the morning.
Thank you,
Shannon McCleney - Registrar/Attendance Clerk
