Red Rock Athletics
Week of August 19th
It is a calm week this week, as there are no games for any of the sports during the school week. The individual sports schedules are below. Please continue to make sure the kids have water bottles here at school to drink throughout the day!
I would like to shout out both our Girls Volleyball team and our Swim teams!
Girls Volleyball came away with a 2 sets to 0 win against a tough Maricopa Wells team, winning 25-21 and 25-23. Off to a great start!
Our Swim season began this past weekend at Chandler High School, as the Girls swim team ended the night in first place, and the Boys swim team finished in second place. Many of our swimmers came away with medals in various events. Additionally, it appears that the Girls 200 Yard Medley Relay (Anna, Elizabeth, Brinley, Isabella) and Isabella in the 50 Yard Breaststroke set new CAA records. Congrats to all our swimmers!

Terms & Conditions and Payment
You should have received an email when teams were formed that your child was accepted onto the team. This email will include terms and conditions for our athletics program, as well as the option to pay the sports fee online. There is a small fee included with payment online. You are also able to pay with cash or check (payable to Red Rock Elementary) and drop it off in the front office.
These must be completed before the first game in order to be eligible to play in the game/meet. If there are any complications, please reach out to me.
Stack Team App
We do have an app called "Stack Team App" that we will be utilizing this year. I am still familiarizing myself with this, so it may take me a little time to get it completely current. There should be an opportunity to reach out to the coach through this app.
Spectator Code of Conduct
Please review the spectator code of conduct. It is important to me that as adults (myself, coaches, parents, friends/family) we continue to be models for all the students at these sporting events. Please do not approach the officials or yell at the officials for any reason. If there is ever a problem, report it to the coach so they can address it, who will then inform me of what happened. As athletic director, there is an incident report I must fill out through the league. I will take care of it on my end. Continue to stress the importance of sportsmanship to our Red Rock student athletes.
Additionally, please do not approach the benches during the games. Games are time for the coaches to coach and put in plans based on practices. If you have any questions, please contact the coach in the appropriate setting.
I appreciate your efforts to keeping Red Rock a model school in the CAA when it comes to Spectator Code of Conduct.
