Forms are due to the main office THIS Wednesday, December 4th
A representative from Kilbourne & Kilbourne will be at school on Tuesday, 12/10 to measure all 8th grade students for their graduation gown during their study period. Students received an order form in homeroom. EACH GRADUATE must complete a form.

DIPLOMA NAME VERIFICATION-DEADLINE 12/10.
A form is available in the parent portal to communicate how you would like your child’s name displayed on his/her 8th grade graduation diploma.
- Log on to your Genesis Parent Portal account for your 8th grade student.
- The DDE Student Names for Diplomas form will pop up as a required form. You will not be able to access the portal until the form is complete.
- Enter your child's name as you would like the diploma to appear: First Name, Middle Name or Initial, Last Name. Suffix may be included as well.
NOTE: If the form is not completed by the deadline, the student's first and last name as it appears in Genesis will be used.

ATTENTION 8th GRADE PARENTS/GUADIANS
Create a recognition ad to celebrate the memorable moments from your son/daughter's time at Eisenhower. Space is limited. The deadline to order is 12/15/24. Please remember the purchase of an ad does not include a yearbook. You must make a separate purchase for the yearbook. The link to purchase the yearbook can be found in the next section.
