Some celebrations are in order for North Elementary! Featured above, North Elementary was rated 4.5 out of 5 stars on our state report card and received the Silver Award for PBIS from the Ohio Department of Education and Workforce.
Please reach out to your child's classroom teacher to schedule your conference either on October 16 or October 24. Conferences run from 2:30-5:30 and are 15 minutes each. Email addresses of your child's teacher can be found by clicking the button below.

Our 3rd graders will be taking the English Language Arts Ohio State Test on October 22 & 23. Please do not schedule appointments on these days.
Our 4th graders will be performing in our Veteran's Day Program on November 11 at 10:45 am. Immediate family of 4th graders are invited to attend. Fourth graders will stay at school all day on November 11.
There is no school Tuesday, November 5.
Please join us at our PTO Meeting on Monday, November 11 at 7 pm in the NES Library.
School picture retakes are November 14.

Are you or someone you know looking for a flexible and rewarding part-time job? Consider becoming a substitute at NES! We need teacher subs (High School diploma required), recess subs, cafeteria and kitchen subs, aide subs....take your pick! Introducing the Golden Spatula Award!
Students can earn STREAK Bucks (gold in color) in the cafeteria and at recess by demonstrating STREAK behavior in the cafeteria and on the playground. Our staff will be looking for students who:
Follow directions quickly
Show kindness and respect to others
Keep the spaces clean and organized
Display good sportsmanship during recess activities
Every two weeks, we’ll hold a drawing where students can enter their breakfast/lunch/recess Streak Bucks for a chance to win small prizes. At the end of each month, a drawing will be held for the Golden Spatula Award! These students will be recognized for consistently following expectations and making positive choices during lunch and recess.
