Cameron Ranch Falcon Connection
October Edition 2024
Greetings Falcon Community,
We are in the running for the Best Public School in Carmichael! Voting closes soon - please be sure to vote and share with your friends and family! Vote for Cameron Ranch HERE
During the month of October, our school-wide character focus is respect, and will be highlighted across campus. The leadership students introduced the respect theme during our first community assembly last week by sharing examples with the whole school. Freddy the Falcon (school mascot) stopped by for a visit, which was a huge hit!
October also brings additional opportunities for students to discover more about their place in the world by exploring our monthly book series on our unique abilities. Teaching about students' unique abilities in the classroom helps tailor instruction to meet diverse needs, promoting personalized learning and maximizing each student's potential.
On October 25, during the school day, we will have our annual Harvest Festival. All classes will have the opportunity to join the celebration, along with community members, volunteers and sponsors who have dedicated time and funding over the years. Family volunteers needed, please sign up to help HERE!
Please join me for our Families First Friday gathering on 10/11/25 at 9:00 in library. Learn about campus events, discover ways to get involved, meet other parents and soar together! We hope to see you there!
Thank you the parents who volunteered to be a part of our School Site Council. We will meet monthly to review our school budget and learn about campus offerings. The meetings are open to all, so feel free to swing by to visit and learn more. All meeting dates are posted monthly in the Falcon Connection newsletter and noted on our school website.
Families Matter Conference “Nurturing Growth, Cultivating Community” is taking place on Saturday, October 19, 2024 at Arden Middle School! Register HERE
