Good morning E.L.M. Families,

Happy Friday! It's Pajama Day and we have a visit planned from Santa Leo this afternoon! As we prepare for the holiday break, please know that all of us here at Emma Miller School wish to extend a very Merry Christmas and Happy New Year to all of you, our school families. We hope you enjoy the two-week break and we look forward to greeting everyone back in 2025! 🎅

News, Updates & Reminders:

* Please note that there will be no Friday newsletters during the school break, so please refer back to this email, if you need a refresher on any information for the return to school in January.

* The January PTG and School Committee meetings will be conducted virtually. Please see the School Committee agenda attached below for more information. The link is included, if you would like to join.

* We look forward to meeting with all of you during Parent/Teacher conferences on Thursday, January 9th. Please reach out to your child's teacher if you need to reschedule. Thank you.

* The January calendar and menus are also below. A paper copy will be in backpacks as well.

* Aftercare Families - Now that ski season is upon us, this is a friendly reminder of the Aftercare policy that families will be charged for all registered days regardless of student attendance. In consideration of the numerous half days and student attendance to the ski program, we do however, only bill ski families for the regular school day and not the half day charge that would normally be billed. If you have any further questions, please reach out to Nurse Kate or myself.

* Aftercare payments are due today. Thank you.

Planning Ahead:

* There is no school on Monday, Jan. 20th in observance of Martin L. King Jr. Day.
