Virtual Parent Teacher Conferences

Dear Parents and Caretakers,

We are excited to invite you to our Parent-Teacher Virtual Conferences on the following dates:

• Wednesday, December 11th from 1:50 PM to 3:00 PM
• Thursday, December 12th from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM

This is a fantastic opportunity to meet your student's teachers in a virtual 1:1 setting. To participate, please sign up using the link below. Only parents and caretakers who sign up will be offered meetings with their student’s teachers.

We strongly encourage parents/guardians whose student earned any grades lower than a "C-" on their Trimester 1 report card to attend. However, all parents and guardians are welcome and encouraged to participate. Trimester 1 Report Cards will be mailed on Thursday, December 5th and available in the Community Portal by 9:00 AM that day.

How to Sign Up

1. Have a list of your student’s teachers on hand.
2. Teachers are listed alphabetically by discipline/subject/shop (e.g., Mr. Dolan is listed under Horticulture – Mr. Dolan).
3. Sign up for meetings with as many teachers as needed.

After registering, you will receive an email with the virtual meeting link. If you do not receive this confirmation by Tuesday, December 10th, please contact the teacher directly.

Important Details

• Conferences are limited to 9 minutes to ensure as many families as possible can participate.
• Each teacher can accommodate approximately 20 conferences over the two days.
• If slots are full, feel free to reach out to the teacher directly to explore other scheduling options.

Interpreters will be available on December 12th only.

If you need an interpreter, please sign up for conferences on December 12th, and then contact the main office at extension 2000 to arrange interpretation services.
