SOUTHWEST ELEMENTARY FRIDAY NOTE

On November 6th, we will have our RTI Check-In Day. The agenda will consist of all students receiving Tier 3 interventions and any Tier 2 students needing to be discussed for both academic and behavioral. If you would like a Tier 2 student on the agenda to be discussed, please email Brian by 8 a.m. on Nov. 4th.

If any teacher would like a student not currently receiving RTI services on the agenda to be discussed, please complete the student referral sheet below.

Please make sure the Trello cards are updated with Progress Monitoring Data, Current Grades, observations, work-samples or notes we will need to know regarding student progress.
