Tart Cherry Mocktails and Cocktails

Ingredients

• 1/4 cup Frozen Cherries (dark, sweet & red tart)
• 1/2 Fresh Lime, freshly squeezed juice
• 2 tbsps R. W. Knudsen Just Tart Cherry Juice, unsweetened (optional)
• Ice
• 1 Tart Cherry Fizz Stick + 8 ozes of water
• Fresh Mint
• Lime Wedge

Instructions

1. Muddle: To a large glass, add the cherries, lime juice and cherry juice and muddle slightly using a muddler, or the back of a wooden spoon.
2. Add sparkling water: Fill the glass with crushed ice and then fill to the top with the Cherry Fizz.
3. Serve: Garnish with fresh mint and a lime wedge. Enjoy right away!

• ½ ounce freshly squeezed lime juice
• 3 ounces ginger beer, or ginger ale
• 4 ozes of water mixed with 1/2 stick of Tart Cherry Fizz

One Can of LaCroix Cran/Raspberry Flavour

1 Tart Cherry Fizz Stick

Cherry Raspberry Rum Mojito

2 oz White Rum

2 oz Club soda mixed with Cherry Fizz

3 Lime wedges

6-7 Mint leaves

3 Raspberries

1 cup of Ice

Mix 8 ozs of Water with Cherry Fizz. Muddle lime, mint and raspberries- add rum and shake. Pour contents into glass with ice. and top with 2 ozs of Cherry Fizz .

Garnish with Fresh Mint.

For a Mocktail, omit the White Rum

Cherry Bourbon Lemonade

5 fresh or Frozen and thawed Cherries

Juice from 1/2 lemon

1 Cherry Fizz ( Mix 1 fizz stick with 8 ozs water)

2 dashes ground cardamom

2 ounces bourbon

2 dashes bitters

Fresh Ice

In a martini shaker add Cherries. Make fizz in 8 ozes of water.

Add lemon juice, Cherry Fizz Fizz, cardomom, bourbon, bitters and ice. Shake to combine. In a highball glass add ice and pour.

Tart Cherry Martini

2 ozs Vodka

1-2 ounce Tart Cherry Fizz ( from a Fizz Stick mixed with 8 ozes of water)

1/2 oz St.Germain Elderflower Liqueur

Juice from 1/2 lime

Fresh Ice

2 to 3 fresh or Maraschino Cherries

In a martini shaker, add ice, Cherry Fizz, vodka, St.Germain and lime juice.

Shake vigorously and pour in a martini glass. Top with Cherries.

Cherry Gin Fizz

Ingredients:
2 oz gin
5-6 Cherries

1 tablespoon simple sugar or agave
1 oz fresh squeezed lemon juice

1 Tart Cherry Fizz Stick in 8 oz water

Directions:
Muddle the Cherries, some mint, and simple sugar or agave in a glass.

Add gin, lemon juice, and ice and stir to combine.
Top the glass off with Cherry Fizz and stir again!

Garnish with mint.

Cherry Mimosa

• 1 Package (6 ounces) Cherries, plus more for garnish
• 1/4 Cup granulated sugar
• 1/4 Cup water
• 1/4 Cup orange juice mixed with
• 1 Tart Cherry Fizz Stick
• 1 bottle Champagne or prosecco
• Fresh mint for garnish

• PLACE Cherries into a small saucepan.

• ADD 1/4 cup sugar and 1/4 cup water.

• BRING to medium heat and SIMMER until cherries are just broken down.

• STRAIN cherry syrup through a fine mesh strainer and DISCARD seeds.

• SET ASIDE cherry syrup to cool.

• POUR 1 tablespoon (1/2 ounce) orange juice/cherry fizz mixture into a champagne flute or wine glass.

• STIR IN 2 tablespoons (1 ounce) cherry syrup.

• TOP mixture with about 1⁄2 cup (4 ounces) Champagne or prosecco.

• ADJUST ingredients as desired to make your favorite cherry mimosa.

• REPEAT with remaining ingredients to make a total of five cocktails.

• GARNISH each drink with cherries and fresh mint as desired.

• SERVE the Cherry Mimosa immediately.

1 can of White Claw Black Cherry Hard Seltzer

1 Cherry Fizz Stick

• Frozen Cherries

• 2 parts Cherry Fizz mixed with water (1 stick with 8 ozs water)

• 1 part Red or Rose wine

• 1 Ice
  

• Mix Wine and Fizz- Add Frozen Cherries and Ice.
