As a member of the Parent Teacher Organization (PTO), I am leading the fundraising committee to organize various community events throughout the 2024-2025 school year.
The 2024-2025 school year promises to be our most ambitious yet, with a lineup of events, programs, and initiatives. To make these events a reality, we rely on the support of businesses like _________________. Your sponsorship will not only help us achieve our goals but also offer your business and brand valuable exposure to a diverse and engaged audience. We are seeking corporate donations or sponsorships for the following events:
- 5K Run (October 26, 2024): This community event promotes physical health and wellness for students, families, and the whole community.
- Read Across America Week (March 2025): This week-long in-school event celebrates reading and literacy.
- Multicultural Festival (April 2025): This community event promotes diversity, cultural awareness, and understanding.
- Teacher Appreciation Week (May 2025): This week-long in-school event recognizes and celebrates the hard work and dedication of our teachers.
Attached to this email is our sponsorship levels which outlines the various levels of support and the associated benefits. Each level is designed to provide maximum visibility and return on investment.
