There are only two months of school left, but we still have a lot to do. April is testing month and we need your help. Please read carefully below and take note of all of the the important events coming up. Also, with the warmer weather, please make sure to check lost and found for any jackets that were left this winter.

April is when all students in grades 3, 4 and 5 will be showing what they know on the Idaho Standards Achievement Tests. Testing starts at 8:30 am. Please be aware of testing dates and have your students eat a good dinner, get to bed on time, and get to school on time.

If you know of anyone who has a Kindergartner, let them know it is time to register their child. Please click the link below to visit the Twin Falls School District website and register today.

We will need a proof of residency (must be a utility bill such as power or gas, a lease agreement, or home purchasing documentation). We will also need a copy of birth certificate and immunization records.

Bring your future Kindergartener to school and meet our Kindergarten teaching team. They will also do a brief screener with each child to make placements for next year. We can't wait to see you.

We are collecting plastic Easter Eggs at Harrison. We have a goal for next year and would like your help. After Easter, if you have leftover plastic eggs that you are not going to use, please give them to us. We will have a box set up near the entrance of the school to collect them. Thank you in advance.

TFHS Student Council is sponsoring a Princess Dance. This is an opportunity for elementary aged students to take their special adult and have a night of positivity and fun. Details are on the flyer above.

Our end of the year picnic at Harrison will be on Friday, May 16th. If you would like to come and eat school lunch with your student(s) we will need you to RSVP by April 17th. A note will be coming home later this week to explain the process for purchasing your tickets. If you do not RSVP you will still be able to come to school, but you will not be able to eat the school picnic lunch.

Harrison offers a food pantry for families in need of food. To request a food box, Please email Mrs. Ballard at ballardli@tfsd.org or contact your student's teacher. Food boxes will be available for pickup on Mondays from 12:45 - 2:00 and Thursdays 1:00 - 3:00. We are happy to help.
