Week of January 31st - February 6th
Issue #21
“Where faith soars, minds excel, and futures ignite”
Greetings STM-STC Families,
Thank you to all the parents and families who attended the State of the School Address this past Monday. I will be including a detailed one-pager in next week’s Chatter to recap the key points discussed.
Below, you’ll find the tuition rates for the 2025-2026 school year. As many of you know, costs have risen across the board, particularly in insurance and utilities. This has led to an increase in tuition and some adjustments to how we manage fees.
Lastly, a quick correction—Presidents’ Day is on the 17th, not the 20th. That was my mistake in the graphic. Thanks for your understanding!
Yours in Christ,
Matt Zipp
Upcoming Early Dismissals & Days Off
Please make sure you are communicating these dates with everyone in your family. There have been a few occasions where students have been here well past the early dismissal times or even on days off, a grand parent or family member is sitting out front waiting for dismissal. See below for the upcoming early dismissals and days off, and forward to those who are responsible for picking your child up. Thank you!
Re-registration for the 2025-2026 school year has begun! Emails were sent to current families prior to Christmas Break to complete the "Intent to Enroll" form for the 2025-2026 school year. Thank you to everyone who has completed the form so far. We still have MANY families who have not completed this form. This is the first step in the re-registration process. Please complete this form as soon as possible to inform the school of your family's intent, even if you do not intend on returning. This form assists administration with planning for next school year to include homerooms and staffing. All students who have the "Intent to Enroll" form completed will receive a dress down pass! If you have any questions regarding re-registration or need the email resent to you, please contact the school office. We are looking forward to planning another great school year!

School-wide Service Project for the Military
Our school-wide service project that we kicked off this week for Catholic Schools Week is in full swing! We are still in need of many items to begin making care packages for the men and women in the United States military. Each homeroom has been assigned an item to bring into school. Please see both the graphic below and click on the button to download the PDF list. We will still be collecting items, even though Catholic Schools Week is ending. We will be collecting items until Friday, February 14th. Please help us make this a successful service project! If you have any questions, please call the school office. Thank you!!

Other gentle reminders from the Health Office:
- Hand lotion, lip balm, water bottles, and snacks are all items that need to be sent with students to school as the health office has only a limited supply of these.
- Also, as re-registration approaches, parents of INCOMING Kindergarteners, 6th, and 7th graders needs to turn in NEW/Updated vaccines and health forms (uploaded to the enrollment site). The Health Office does NOT automatically get vaccines or physical reports from pediatrician offices and cannot receive faxes. Saint Michael the Archangel isn't a saint, but rather he is an angel, and the leader of all angels and of the army of God. This is what the title "Archangel" means, that he is above all the others in rank.
Redemptorist preacher and reformer. Clement preached, built orphanages and schools, and established a vast Redemptorist presence in the city.
