Les 2e de la classe de Madame Rea

This month we have been focussing on collaboration and kindness. This week we will read the story "L'arbre généreux" by Shel Silverstein ("The Giving Tree"). This week the students will have their own "sapin de gentillesse" (giving tree) attached to their desk. Each time they do something kind for others (without being asked),either at home or school, they will be given a new jewel for their tree. Parents are invited to jot a quick note in the agenda or send me a message on ClassDojo or an email (rean@limestone.on.ca) when your child does and act of kindness at home.

Do you have any gently used kids' clothing items to donate to the Eco Club's Bazaar? If so, send the items in this week with your child this Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday. The Eco Club will be sorting and displaying the items in the gym later this week. More details will be coming soon! Thank you in advance for supporting this green initiative!

Dance Play is a program that mixes dance moves with creative movement. We will be having our Dance Play session this Friday. Please send in the permission form for your child to participate, as soon as possible. There is no cost for this Dance opportunity!
