6th Grade Band Parents
Band Parents of 6th graders are the concession stand workers for the High School football game on Friday, October 18.
Please arrive by 5:45 PM.
Proceeds from the concession stand provides financial support for the PA Band, which allows the band to purchase sheet music, equipment, instrument repairs, bus rentals, uniforms, performance venue rentals, and more!

Gates open at 5:30. Drawing begins at 6:30.
Sell those raffle tickets and plan to attend this event! You can purchase a favorite chicken dinner option from Chef Ken Dixon and wait to see if YOUR NAME gets called out to win one of the fabulous prizes being raffled or a silent auction item!

OCTOBER CHARACTER TRAITS
Students are learning about
TRUSTWORTHINESS AND INTEGRITY
this month.
We have encouraged them to watch their friends and nominate someone that they feel exhibits these traits. We will be honoring one K3-K5 student, one 1st-3rd grade, and one 4th-6th grade student each month that exhibits these traits well! We can't wait to see how our students go above and beyond to reach these character goals.
October winners will be announced on Thursday, October 31!

Illness
Please keep your child home if they are vomiting, have diarrhea, are running fever, or have been diagnosed with something contagious.
Children are not to return to school until they are
fever free for 24 hours without fever-reducing medication.

sign your child in if there is no teacher on duty.
If your child is not signed in when tardy,
they will be counted ABSENT for the day.
Kindergarten Building Pick-Up PLEASE NOTE
Pickup in afternoons-
you may use BOTH lanes from 2:30-2:50
AFTER 2:50 USE ONLY RIGHT LANE
AFTERCARE
Parents, please come to the BACK door of elementary building to
pick up up your child even if it is closed/children are not on playground.
Children must be picked up by 5:30.

CAFETERIA MICROWAVE
Only 5TH AND 6TH grade students may use
the microwave in the cafeteria.
Please plan lunches accordingly for younger children.
NO STUDENTS with a negative balance of $25 or more will be allowed to charge in the cafeteria. Please make sure that balances are taken care of. Emails are sent out regularly from Lexington regarding this. Please write checks to Lexington or put cash in labeled envelope/ziploc if sending money to school for student accounts.
