Apple Teacher

Log in here to become certified as an Apple Teacher. Each certification consists of 8 badges. When you complete all 8 badges on a specified track (either MacBook or iPad), you will receive the title of Apple Teacher. PD credit will be awarded within Eduphoria for your work. Keep me up to date with your progress by sending me screen shots of your badges so I can brag on you!

iPads!

I know you are all so excited to have the iPads on your campus and in the hands of your students. I will share some resources on each newsletter on getting started. If you want some extra ideas, just contact me and I am happy to help. Below are 2 videos to help you get started as well. One video shows you where to find the name of an iPad and the other shows you how to download apps.

Epic!

Create a free teacher account and give your students access to thousands of books. The students can read the books on the iPad or on the web browser of a computer. For Math and Science teachers, they have books for those subjects as well.

IXL

Our district has purchased licenses for students from K-5 to use IXL for math practice. IXL is adaptable for the student, so we can support every child whether they are working below, on, or above grade level. Contact Mary Gill for information on setting up your class.

Learning Farm

Our district has purchased Learning Farm for students in grades 3 - 5 for ELA practice. Students can login on a computer browser or use the app on the iPad for practice. Contact Vicki Randolph for more information on setting up your class.
