The trout have begun to hatch! In the eggs that haven’t hatched yet, you can see the tiny eyes and tails forming. For those that have hatched, each one has a yolk sac attached to its underside, which provides the nutrients they need to grow. In about three weeks, they’ll be ready to start eating on their own.
