Next week teachers will be having a conversation to review with students expectations when using school/public washrooms.

In recent days/weeks we have had an uptick in occurrences of issues in the school bathrooms. Some examples of these issues include leaving paper towels all over the floor, washing muddy boots in the sink, clogging toilets with paper towels and personal items, theft of the plastic urinal deodorizer (which are rather costly to replace), and urine on the floor.

You are welcome to support--a conversation at home about washroom etiquette that would align nicely with the work we are doing at school!

If you know any families who could benefit from a summer food hamper, please email Rose Sutton at rose.sutton@spschools.org by May 2, 2025.

The hampers will be ready by mid-June.

Attention Kinosayo Families,

We currently have no parent volunteer to lead the Santa's Workshop Fundraiser Committee for the 2025/2026 school year. In the absence of a volunteer, this longstanding, cherished event will not take place. This role entails organizing volunteers for shopping, keeping on budget, and running the two day event.

Please email the Kinosayo Parents Association at kinoparents@gmail.com if you are interested in leading a small committee of volunteers for this event, or if you have any questions about this role.
