A MESSAGE FROM THE SUPERINTENDENT
A Safe Learning Environment
Dear Arrow Family,
The safety and well-being of our scholars is our top priority at Arrow Academy. We continuously review and enhance our safety protocols to ensure that everyone feels safe while we “Learn Together, Lead Together”. Here are some key measures we have in place:
1. Emergency Procedures: We conduct regular drills for various scenarios, including fire
evacuations and lockdowns, to ensure that students scholars and staff know how to
respond effectively in case of an emergency.
2. Campus Security: Arrow Academy has trained personnel in place to assist in
maintaining a safe environment. Additionally, we have implemented controlled access
points to each campus, metal detectors, surveillance cameras, and other safety measures.
3. Mental Health Resources: We understand that safety extends beyond physical safety
measures. We have counseling services available to support scholars' emotional and
mental well-being. We are committed to the use of CKH processes to foster a positive
school culture for all of our stakeholders.
4. Communication: We prioritize clear communication with parents and guardians. In the
event of an incident, you will receive timely updates through our established channels.
Please ensure that your contact information is up to date in Skyward.
5. Community Involvement: We encourage you to engage with us. If you have any
concerns or suggestions regarding safety measures, please do not hesitate to reach out.
Your partnership is vital in creating a safe school community.
Thank you for making Arrow Academy your school of choice. Together, we can create a safe
and nurturing environment where every scholar can reach their full potential.
