Updates from the Cafeteria
Indiana Food Day is Thursday Oct 10. Did you know Indiana is the third-largest pumpkin producer in the nation?
We are celebrating with Pumpkin Pudding!
October is also National Apple Month.
Did you know we purchase our Apples & most produce from local growers? We are featuring different apples and flavored applesauce cups the month of October
To deposit money into your child's lunch account electronically visit myschoolbucks.com to create an online account. You can also download the mobile app. Students can bring in cash to lunch, but sometimes that money gets stuck in pockets instead of deposited with the cafeteria staff. Students may bring a lunch from home on any day they choose.

Student Picks Book Selection
Reid was selected to create a personalized book display in the Learning Hub for other students to see his top reading selections! Every two weeks, Mrs. Harshbarger will select a new student to create a personalized display of books they love for the Learning Hub.
MCCSC Trick or Treating
Last Thursday CMS students and staff volunteered for the MCCSC Trick or Treat night! It was a great way to kick off the Halloween season and a wonderful event. We didn't get an official count, but CMS students handed out hundreds of pieces of candy to kids young and old as they made their way around the track. It was our pleasure to serve the community at this fun and safe event.
Final Lakeland Farms Visit
Our group's visits to Lakeland Farms have come to a close for the season. We finished off our visit with a riding lesson and pizza party. We'll be back in the spring with a small group of girls to work with the horses!
