RETREAT DAY 6-24-20 8 a.m. - 4 p.m.
Objectives for this meeting: I can view the larger lens for what is BEST for the Students at McKinley Elementary.... By....
2. To be able to identify ways to demonstrate teacher efficacy with data
3. To design a data collection method that will be useful, timely, look at all our students as a whole school to increase our collaboration.
4. To review a master schedule proposal that increases supervision of students, and participation of PlayWorks model by students and staff.
*5. To create a version 1 vision statement to share with stakeholders- To answer- what is our purpose at McKinley Elementary?
6. To look at, be familiar with the process and refine the RTI MTSS for literacy, math and behaviors
7. To be able to identify Loose and Tights for student learning, to be able to share them with others, guide and lead each grade level team with expectations.
