We have a few last minute pieces of news for you before you get started on all the summertime things:
- The Oregon Department of Human Services has great new food benefits for school-aged kids that you may be able to take advantage of. Click here to sign up for the Oregon Summer EBT program and put money in your pocket for summertime meals for your family!
- And speaking of signing up, remember to scan the QR codes below to sign up for the new ParentSquare App. Signing up is fast, easy and free, and will get you ready for 4j's shift this fall to our new all-in-one parent communication hub. We will be using ParentSquare for all parent communication (e-news, texts and emails from teachers, conference sign-ups and much more) so be sure to get ready now!
- If you still need to enroll a student for the 24/25 school year, click here. All of our enrollment documents are now digital, so you have the option to enroll over the summer, and our district registrar is available to help if you have questions.
- Get ready for all the fun volunteer activities that are coming up for fall! Click here to complete your Volunteer Background Check. Keep in mind that if you want to help in the classroom, go on field trips or participate in other volunteer activities, you must have a completed background check in place (and the Volunteer department gets very busy in the fall, so now is a great time to jump on this).
- Our office is now closed for the summer, we will open again in late August.
