A Message from Ms. Peterson
Hello MCP3 Families!Congratulations North Carolina A&T Bulldogs for being the 2nd class to get 100% of their scholars enrolled for the 25-26 school year! Whoot Whoot! The Bulldogs have earned a pizza party- the date is TBD. Way to go families on ensuring your scholar(s) are enrolled for school next year!! One of MCP3’s goals is to have 80% of our current scholars enrolled at MCP for the following school year. I am proud to say that we surpassed that goal and 89% of our scholars are enrolled at MCP for next year!
Reminder: No Aftercare on Thursday, 3/20/2025- All scholars will need to be picked up by 3:30pm. Please plan accordingly.
There is NO School on Friday, March 21st and Spring Break is March 24-28th. School resumes on Monday, March 31st and it is the first day of Quarter 4. Please be sure to have a fun and safe Spring Break!
Quarter 3 Report Cards will be sent home to families on April 8th and will also be accessible in Skyward at that time. If you have any questions about your child’s report card, please contact your child’s teacher.
Here are some important reminders and updates:
Change of Clothes and Donations: Please make sure your scholar has a labeled extra uniform here in their classroom in case of an accident. WE do NOT HAVE additional change of clothes at this time. We are accepting donations of pants and/or shorts to have on hand in our main office. Bring in your child’s outgrown pants to support MCP3!
K3 Substitute: Know Someone that would be a good fit for our team? MCP3 is looking to add an additional on-call substitute to help in classrooms when we may have multiple staff out at the same time. If interested please email allison.peterson@mkeprep.com. The Requirements for this position include:
-WI Registry certificate
-Intro to Childcare course completion or equivalent
-CPR
-Mandated Reporter Child Abuse/Neglect (Online Training can be provided)
-Abusive Head Trauma (Online Training can be provided)
Interested in getting a Free Kids Meal from Texas Roadhouse? Stop by the main office for your coupon to receive a Free Kids Meal with purchase of an entree! The coupon will be good until 9/02/2025 for the Waukesha location. Each coupon has a barcode on the back to scan when you present at the Texas Roadhouse.
Week of the Young Child- April 7th-11th is A fun-filled week celebrating early learning, young children, their teachers, families, and communities. Read more about WOYC by clicking here. MCP3 will be having a spirit week with daily themed attire and special activities. Details will be shared via Dojo by the end of the week!
