💡 Easy Ways to Show Your Appreciation:
💌 Monday: Send a sweet note, drawing, or card from your child! 📝❤️
🌸 Tuesday: Bring a small treat (favorite snack, drink, or candy). 🍫🥤
🎨 Wednesday: Have your child create a special art piece or thank-you sign! 🎨🎶
🎁 Thursday: Send in a small gift or school supplies to help refresh their classroom! 🎁🖍

Even a simple "thank you" message can make a teacher’s day! 💕 Let’s come together as a school family and shower our teachers with love.

Drop off items with your child, send them in their backpack, or bring them to the office—we’ll take care of the rest! Let’s make this week extra special for our amazing teachers! 🎊🍎

🌞 Summer School Fun at Maxfield Elementary! 🌞

Gorman ISD is excited to offer a Summer Enrichment Experience for qualifying students in 2nd – 4th grade who attend a Title I elementary campus!

📅 Dates: May 28th- June 12th
🕗 Time: Monday – Thursday, 8:30 AM – 11:30 PM (No school on Fridays!)

💡 Who Should Attend?
Students who did not pass one or more subject areas during the school year or struggled on benchmark tests are highly encouraged to attend. 🌟 Teachers will be sending letters out soon for those who they would like to see in attendance.

Title I Funds Overview for This Year

This year, Title I funds total $90,022. These funds are allocated to support:

• Staffing
• RTI (Response to Intervention)
• Intervention materials
• Classroom curriculum

Resources for Home Use:
One of the materials available for home use is IXL, a valuable tool to support student learning beyond the classroom.

Annual Title I Meetings:
Title I meetings are held annually at the beginning of the school year. This year's meeting took place on August 27th to discuss funding and support.
