Be a School Hero: Volunteer Opportunities Await!
Dear Warrior Families,
We are excited to offer various chaperoning and volunteering opportunities in the upcoming school year. To ensure the safety and security of all participants, we have established a Level I and Level II clearance process that volunteers must follow. Please take a moment to review the steps outlined below and complete them to become eligible for volunteering on campus and participating in field trips.
Please start this process now to ensure you can volunteer for the 2024-2025 school year. Some field trips get scheduled early and we want all parents and/or guardians to be cleared and able to attend if they wish.
Step One is for Level I Volunteering:
- Please see the link below for the REQUIRED ANNUAL Level I application.
- Every parent and/or guardian must fill it out and submit it each school year.
- Volunteer Level I enables you to help out at the school, in the presence of a staff member.
- If you do not complete the volunteer registration (Level I) application, you are not eligible to move forward in the Level II process.
- Level 1 will NOT allow you to chaperone or attend off-campus field trips.
Step Two is for Level II Volunteering:
- For Level II, you must be fingerprinted.
- Once you have completed Step One, you will receive confirmation and information on Fingerprinting and/or Level 2 status.
- This includes verifying you have fingerprints on file within five years or providing information and locations on getting fingerprints done.
- This enables you to go on field trips as well as volunteer on campus.
Once you have successfully completed the Level II process, you will be notified and then you will be eligible to volunteer on campus and accompany students on field trips. We greatly value the involvement of parents and community members in enhancing the educational experience for our students.
We look forward to your participation in our upcoming field trips and volunteering opportunities. Your support and engagement contribute significantly to the success of our school community. If you have any questions or need further information, please don't hesitate to contact us.
Thank you for your dedication and commitment to the success and well-being of our students.
