Incoming Preschoolers, Kindergarteners, and 12 Year Olds - Get Those Immunizations This Summer
If your child is going into Preschool, Kindergarten, or turning 12 over the summer, there are required immunizations they may need to attend school for the 2024-2025 year. Summer is the perfect time to get those.
All students who are twelve years old, regardless of grade, will need to show proof they have received both the Tdap (Tetanus, Diphtheria, and Pertussis) and the Meningococcal immunizations. There are several clinics that provide these immunizations at no charge, regardless of insurance status. Please see the following page for a list of clinics.

Are You Moving?
This is the time of year when we will start to plan for the upcoming 2024-25 school year. We will begin to review enrollment numbers for existing and newly enrolled students. If your family will not be returning to Carol Rae Elementary for the upcoming school year please email Leslie Garbis at leslie.garbis@gilbertschools.net. Include the following information in the email:
1. Student name and date of birth
2. The name of the school they will be attending
3. Reason for leaving
