Spots Still Open for Xploration STEM Camp
Families of incoming first through sixth graders,
There are still spots available for all sessions of this summer's Xploration STEM Camp, but they're going fast! The camp fosters enrichment that inspires kids to design, create, and problem solve using their critical thinking skills and teamwork. Each day of camp will be filled with fun, hands-on learning as well as creative free time.
DATES
July 15-19: STEM Grades 1-2*
July 22-26: STEM Grades 3-4*^
July 29 - August 2: STEM Grades 3-4*^
August 5-9: STEM Grades 5-6*
*Indicates the student's grade in school next year 2024-25
^Students in grades 3-4 can only attend one of these sessions, not both
Parents can register their students by following this link. There is a maximum of 35 students per session and a waitlist will be created for all other registered students who are interested in attending the camp. Communication will be sent out to any families who are put on the waitlist.
Each weeklong session costs $50 and any families who are in need of assistance with payment can contact Amy White at awhite@sau81.org.
For more information on the program, you can visit their website here.
Staff Trivia and Retiree Celebration on Wednesday
As a friendly reminder, we will be holding a Staff Trivia and Retiree Celebration event on Wednesday, May 29 at 3:30 pm!
All staff are welcome, even if you do not like trivia, come for the free food and fun!
