Broadmeadow Buzz
October 4, 2024
Broadmeadow Families,
I want to start with a thank you to all of the Broadmeadow community members who stepped up to be considered to serve on this year’s School Council. It was great to see so much engagement in the process and voting. Congratulations to Katie Dittmer, Shani Wilkes, Mia Khera and Julie Venables for being elected to the council. They will join Steve Piela, David Chiu and Amanda Doran as parent representatives. Helen Hays, a student at the high school, will serve as the community representative. Melissa Camhi and Stephanie Hamel will represent the faculty.
The first School Council Meeting is Friday, October 11th at 7:45. This is an open meeting. However, participation is limited to members of the School Council.
Please remember that Wednesday, October 9, 2024 is an early dismissal day. Please remember to update your child’s dismissal plan in School Dismissal Manager.
Do good. Be kind.
