Mental Health Minute from ACP: Navigating Summer
Navigating the Summer
Woooo!!! You did it. You and your student successfully made it to Summer 2024. For some of you, it may have been an easy year. For others, it could've been difficult. Regardless, we all made it. So give yourself a pat on the back. Now that summer is here.. what's next? This article will give you and your student some pointers to make it a successful summer. We will also provide some information to get back into ( I don't want to say it) the next school year.
Every Meal: Food Resources for Summer
More than 300,000 children in Minnesota live with food insecurity. We’re on a mission to change that. Every Meal fights child hunger by focusing on filling the food gaps children face on weekends, extended breaks, and summer when they’re not able to access school meal programs. When they don’t have consistent access to enough food, the risk of hunger is very real. Through our multiple food gap programs, we provide children and families experiencing food insecurity with access to good food.
Free Meals for Kids
Created by Hunger Impact Partners with support from the Minnesota Department of Education to ensure children 18 and under can access nutritious meals, the sites you locate for food are updated regularly.
Circle of Support
Free peer support for caregivers of children and young adults with disabilities, neurodiversity, and mental health diagnoses.
