The Roadrunner Report
September 3rd, 2024
We're Already Half-Way Through Quarter One!
Greetings Roadrunners,
Here at Mirage, our commitment to growth remains stronger than ever. Each year, we strive to elevate our standards—our teachers as instructional leaders and our students as enthusiastic learners. But we cannot do it alone; you, our valued partners in education, are the key to our collective success.
We recognize the important role you play in your child’s education and want to ensure that you feel confident and informed about what we teach and how we teach it. Throughout the year, we will provide you with resources and insights into the curriculum, helping you understand the academic content and learning goals for your child’s grade level. Our aim is to support you in any way we can so that, together, we can foster a learning environment that extends beyond the classroom.
One of our top priorities is to keep you informed about your child’s academic progress. We believe that early communication is crucial for identifying areas of strength and where additional support may be needed. Therefore, we will be sharing updates on your child’s performance well before the end of each quarter. You can expect progress reports no later than this Friday, 9/6/24. If you haven't gotten one by Friday, please reach out to your student's teacher to request it. This will allow us to work together in addressing any challenges and celebrating achievements as they occur. By intervening early, we can ensure that every student has the opportunity to succeed.
We are excited about the year ahead and look forward to collaborating with you to make it a successful one for all of our students. Your involvement, whether through attending school events, participating in parent-teacher conferences, or supporting your child at home, is invaluable. Together, we can make a difference in your child's education and help them reach their full potential.
Thank you for your continued partnership and dedication to your child’s success.
Sincerely,
Bobbi Cerro

This Friday, 9/6/24, is a FULL Day. School gets out at 2:45
This Friday is a full day. We understand that it can be confusing as to when we have an Early Release Day, The vast majority of time, you can count on this formula: If we have a day off in a week, then the Friday that week is a full day. Since we had Monday off for Labor Day, this Friday is a full day.
