PTO needs your help! We are raising funds to help CSE purchase much-needed equipment, technology programs, etc. If you haven’t already joined PTO, please complete a membership form and return with dues to your child's teacher. If you need another form, please let us know.

PTO Cookie Dough Fundraiser will begin October 7, 2024 and will end on October 21, 2024 .

Cookie Dough should be back sometime in November. When it arrives, a date and time will be

scheduled for pickup, depending on the size of the order, it may come home via parent pickup at

the end of the school day. There will be no cookie dough sent home with students who ride a

bus, parents must pick up.

Our AR program is off to a great start! AR stands for Accelerated Reader. We have lots of prizes for students who earn points by reading AR books. They can earn slap bracelets, lunch with the principals, posters in the hallway, and even a free end-of-the-year field trip to the UTC Aquatic Center water park! Please encourage your students to read for at least 20 minutes every night and then take an AR quiz the next day to earn points.

We also have a Millionaire's Club! Your student can earn all sorts of bling, prizes, and glory for reading a million words this year. "So far, 5th grader Nevaeh Boynton is in the lead with over 300,000 words!" I wonder how many CSE students will join the club. Keep up the great work, everyone! Happy reading!

We have sent the Compacts home. Please sign the Compact Coversheet and return them to your child’s teacher. If returned by October 27, your student will receive 5 Warrior Bucks and the first class in K -2, and the first class 3-5 to have 100% returned will receive a reward. We must have every student's sheet returned by October 30, 2024

Parent Advisory Council (PAC) met on September 19, at 8:00 am and again at 6:00 pm. During the meeting's, committee members looked over compacts and approved.
