What: Will record a two-three minute video 📹
When: Thursday, August 22, 2024 from 9:00am - 12:00pm and 1:00pm - 4:00pm and
August 23, 2024 from 9:00am - 12:00pm by appointment only. (Deadline to sign-up is August 20, 2024.) 📆
Why: Self-introductions can be used to attract students to take your course. Or, as one of the first things students see when they begin your course, they give your students their first impression of who you are as a person and as an instructor. One study showed that students in an online course with an introduction video contributed more often to the weekly discussion boards and the end of course evaluations were more positive.🤔
