From the Principal
Why not turn your drab refrigerator front into a show-place featuring your child's awesomeness, by exhibiting the Wildcat Way slips they bring home!
To support our attendance and self-regulation goals, we are continually "catching" our students when they follow the Wildcat Way. These are times that they are being caring, respectful, responsible, and safe. One of the copies goes on our wall by the gym for display and the other one goes home with your student.
Watch for these slips to arrive. I think it's possible we may fill many refrigerator fronts in the months to come! Our McKinley students are just so incredibly awesome!
Long-Range Facility Planning Focus Group
Friday, March 1, 2024
4:30 - 6 p.m.
McKinley Elementary Gym
Purpose of the Meeting:
This focus group is an opportunity for you to share your thoughts, concerns, and suggestions regarding the Fargo Public Schools drafted Long Range Facility Plan and how it impacts your school. Your feedback will play a critical role in shaping the decisions we make to enhance our school environments for students, staff, and the broader school community.
Agenda:
• Introduction and Overview of the Long-Range Facility Planning Process
• Brief Discussion on Facility Needs and Priorities
• Open Forum for Participant Feedback and Suggestions
• Next Steps and How Your Input Will Be Used
Your participation is crucial to ensuring that our facility planning efforts reflect the needs and priorities of our school community. Whether you're a parent interested in the future of your child's learning environment or a staff member with insights into the functionality of our facilities, your voice matters.
We look forward to your valuable contributions and hope to see you at the meeting. Parents, if interested, we also encourage you to stay or return with your family for the PTA sponsored “Lucky Leprechaun Dance” from 6-7:30 p.m. Pizza, water, chips, and candy will be available for purchase to make your dinner and evening plans complete!
