Hello Navigators,
This week is staff appreciation week. We have amazing and dedicated teachers and staff. Our PTO has put together ways to celebrate our staff all week. You and your children can see this flyer for ways to show your support and appreciation.
Kindergarten oral assessments are due May 31st. The Vista Community Clinic will be bringing a dental van to our campus on May 6th-8th to help with this requirement. If you would like to take advantage of this opportunity please turn in your permission slips that went home last week.
A special thank you to Ms. Shaw for her amazing work with our Drama Club and their performance of The Little Mermaid.
It is hard to believe it is May. It has a been a wonderful school year and we still have a solid month of learning and activities left!
Our School Site Council will meet on Wednesday, May 8th at 7:30 AM in room E1. We will meet to review progress on our school plan. We will also discuss some budget items for next year and other programming. You do not need to be on the council to attend the meeting. You can come in person or join virtually with this link.
On 5/15/24 we will hold our Leadership Day in the morning and our Open house at night. Please see this form to RSVP for our daytime Leadership Day event. We still have space available. Please note the morning event is focussed on our school wide Leader in Me participation. This is not the time for visiting your child's classroom. Those classroom visits will be at Open House that evening.
Our Field day will be on 5/31/24. We will need a lot of volunteers so stay tuned for more information soon.
Please take 5 minutes to complete this survey about your child’s literacy habits. Your responses will help us to better support your child in their literacy development. The results of this survey will be shared with families in the fall.
