All school districts need to have a Title III coordinator. The network meetings will ensure districts are aware of Title III compliance and best practices for English Learner students.
Learning Outcomes:
- Participants will understand compliance requirements for Title III.
- Participants will engage in professional conversations around topics of: engagement, instruction, and assessment.
- Participants will become trained in administering the WIDA screener and ACCESS assessment.
- Participants will engage in a book study around best practices.
This workshop is offered at no additional cost to those districts participating in CESA 10’s Title III Services, including: Altoona, Augusta, Bloomer, Bruce, Cadott, Chippewa Falls, Colby, Cornell, Eleva-Strum, Fall Creek, Flambeau, Gilman, Gilmanton, Granton, Greenwood, Ladysmith, Lake Holcombe, Loyal, Medford, Mondovi, Neillsville, New Auburn, Osseo-Fairchild, Owen-Withee, Spencer, Stanley-Boyd, and Thorp.
The cost for all other participants is $1,000/person for the series.
