Everett High School Senior Prom
The Everett High School Senior Prom was held on Thursday, May 1, 2025, at the Danversport Yacht Club. Close to 500 students attended the event, along with a very large contingent of EHS and district faculty and employees. Thanks to everyone who planned and staffed this year's Prom. Additional thanks to our carpentry students and CTE teachers Eric Pierce and Ben Schad for making the centerpieces (above, top left) that adorned all of the tables inside function hall.
WGI World Champions!
Thanks to State Senator Sal DiDomenico for attending the April 29, 2025, School Committee meeting to present the Everett High School Crimson Tide Percussion Ensemble (CTPE) with a State House citation for finishing first in the Concert A division at this year’s WGI World Championships in Dayton, Ohio. Health Science Pathway Luncheon
Everett High School (EHS) held an awards luncheon for Health Science Pathway seniors on Wednesday, April 30, 2025, inside the Crimson Cafe. Faculty recognized students for their excellence in the classroom and for representing EHS while completing internships at the Cambridge Health Alliance Everett Hospital, the Leonard Florence Center in Chelsea, and Cataldo Ambulance. Thanks to Health and Wellness Coordinator Julie Ann Whitson and faculty members Sue Lomas and Theresa Venezia for planning the luncheon, and to the Culinary Arts Department for preparing and serving a delicious lunch.
The ceremony also served as a great opportunity for EHS to recognize educator Ms. Lomas, who is retiring this June after 33 years in the district. Ms. Lomas, who was instrumental in launching all of Everett High’s health-related programs and pathways, is pictured above with the senior members of the Health Science Pathway.
