Provide each student with evidence-based, explicit literacy instruction; personalized supports; and resources across all content areas so that each student will achieve above-average growth each year.
How can I support learning at home?
- Engage in conversations with your students about the day's learning.
- Make sure that students have the necessary materials and are bringing them to school each day. This includes charged laptops, chargers, and earbuds.
- Keep track of assignments and ensure that students are submitting assignments.
- Monitor Infinite Campus regularly.
- Communicate with teachers and other school personnel as needed.
- Inquire about tutorial sessions and extended learning opportunities as needed.
- Encourage students to read 15-30 minutes each day.
