Mr. Mayen's Message
Greetings, Saints Community!
Yesterday we honored the United States Marine Corps on their 249th birthday! Since 1775, the Marines have stood as a symbol of bravery, discipline, and commitment. We thank all past and present Marines for their dedication and service to our country. Semper Fi!"
As we enter November, I also want to recognize the significance of observing Veteran's Day today. This is a solemn time to honor the sacrifices of those who have served our country. Let’s take a moment of reflection to appreciate the freedoms and opportunities we have because of their service and dedication.
Additionally, November is Native American Heritage Month and Homeless Youth Awareness Month. Throughout the month, we’ll continue to honor the contributions of Native American communities and raise awareness about the challenges faced by homeless youth.
Announcement: Student Check out Procedures - We are committed to supporting our students' success, and regular attendance plays a crucial role in their academic journey. To help ensure that students are maximizing their instructional time, we will be implementing a new check-out policy beginning Monday, January 6th, 2025.
Starting on this date, any parent/guardian wishing to check out a student early must do so prior to 3:00 PM. After this time, students will not be permitted to check out early, except in cases of emergency.
This policy is intended to minimize disruptions during the critical final minutes of the school day, helping all students stay focused and engaged until dismissal. We appreciate your support in helping us make the most of each school day for your student and all of our students.
Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
Thank you for being a part of our journey toward growth and respect. Together, let’s keep striving to Excel Through Continuous Growth, remembering that The Future Looks Bright because of our commitment to our community and values.
Go Saints!
