School is in full swing and Christian Academy's Parent Teacher Fellowship (PTF) is gearing up for an exciting school year!

My name is Marcia Laroya and I'm honored to serve another year as the PTF President. I'm thrilled to have last year's PTF Officers returning to serve alongside me. Joining our PTF team is Shannon Underwood who is quickly learning her new role as a PTF Communicator!

The role of PTF is to promote, encourage, and strengthen the children, teachers, and parents of Christian Academy; to encourage prayer support; and to raise financial support for Christian Academy.

This school year, it's our goal to provide opportunities for us to engage in conversations and build deep relationships with one another. My prayer is that our school will grow in love and PTF will help to encourage our school community to have deeper, meaningful connections with one another through Christ.

Our first event this year to encourage stronger connections for parents, teachers, and staff is "Coffee in the Courtyard" on Friday, September 13th from 7AM- 8AM in the Upper Courtyard. Please stop by and chat with us as we help jump start your morning with some coffee and treats!

📣📣 We are looking for volunteers! If you want to get more involved in supporting school-wide PTF-sponsored events this year, please let us know by filling out our PTF Volunteer Sign-up Form. Some PTF events include Pastor's Appreciation Day, Student Appreciation Day Luncheon, Teachers and Nurses Appreciation Week, and Fall and Spring Fundraisers.

All Christian Academy parents are invited to join our monthly PTF Meetings. Our next scheduled PTF Meeting is on Monday, September 16th from 5:30-6:30PM in Room 102. Our meetings allow parents to learn and hear directly about what's happening at the school from CA's Administrator, Principal, Athletics and Preschool Directors, Teacher Representatives, and PTF Officers. We hope to see you there!

We are so excited for what God has in store for us this year! Our children are the next generation of "servants, stewards, scholars and statesmen who have 'a mind for truth and a heart for God,' prepared to lead their generation to advance God’s kingdom as He has gifted and called them."
